About Workhacker

Three people. Three disciplines. One production line.

Workhacker started as Rob Garner's consultancy in 2017 and became something else when a search strategist and an AI engineer realized they were working on the same problem from opposite ends: Rob had spent thirty years learning what search systems reward, and Lam builds the automated systems that produce it at scale.

Louie Valkhof completes the studio — brand strategy and design through Oase Creative, our sister company in the Netherlands, so the things we build are also things people trust on sight.

The job changed once the models got good. A demo is cheap now; a system that holds up in production isn't. The work is building it right, then watching it operate, judging what it produces, and improving the parts that drift. Intelligence duplicates at scale — judgment and process don't. So the test we apply to ourselves is the one we apply to client work: it has to run in production. Our podcast is produced by our own pipeline. Our newsroom has published for 313 consecutive days. If we recommend a system, we're already running one like it.
